Description
These are the model codes used to simulate the development of the C. virginica larvae as a function of temperature, salinity, food concentratio and turbidity concentration.

Downloadable Implementation of the C. virginica larvae development model
The tar file contain the fortran code and the control files, larmodel.f and larmodel.cnt. Extract them to a directory with tar -xvf larmodel.tar
Compile the fortran model with most any Fortan 77 compliant compiler. Execution will read the larmodel.cnt file which specifies the conditions found in Dekshenieks, Hofmann and Powell, 1993, The control file is realtively straightforward, specifying the times for the runs and the input data for the simulation.
